This U.S.– China Trade War Needs to Stop!

It seems logical: it is always better friendship than strife. Transactional costs of cooperation, win-win solutions between the parties to a dispute, are always lower than in litigations. Only one party is supposed to win when fighting. Rather, both the U.S. and China need to settle their differences, in favor their economies, jobs and the very Trading System’s survival.

The members of the REDIAL Project (Rethinking the Education of International Law in Latin America) would like to invite you all to submit your abstracts for its 2019 Conference until August 1st. The main objective is to reflect on the traditional way that international law has been taught in Latin America, and how that method can be renewed and rethought in a way that it considers the interests and specificities of the region.
